MULANI will take the following Safety Precautions to ensure safe training conditions, and to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus during our training interventions:
We will equip all our facilitators with alcohol-based atomizers (sprays) to be utilized for the cleaning of hands, tabletop and chair armrests before the commencement of any training
We will provide instructions on viral elimination procedures before the commencement of the training (no touch or handshake, seating safety distance rule, sneeze and cough procedures, facilitator spray, hand cleaning protocols, paper handling)
We will make available sanitizing spray to ensure hands remain clean of germs during time of training
We will during First Aid Training equip all learners with CPR Mouthpieces and anti infection gloves
We will limit all practical exercises to "non-touch" exercises, or, if delegates request, advise them to wear anti infection gloves
We will limit group sizes in order to ensure safety space between delegates when seated
At public training we will ensure that hand washing and toilet facilities are clean and hygienic at all times
We request that the client do a quick survey before training and ensure that anyone presenting any symptoms are excluded from training, the facilitator will do the same
We will, where possible and in discussion with our clients, reduce the training time to its shortest without effecting SETA Unit Standard requirements
During any training we strongly request that no outside interference or interjection takes place, in order to avoid foreign air-born or touch contamination
We will reduce paper handling to a minimum. Paper work will be sealed into plastic bags to prevent knock on
contamination at office level
Certificates will be sent by email to client to reduce paper handling of any kind, if requested hard copies will be posted
Before every training session the following induction will be given to all learners
Evacuation procedures
Viral elimination procedures (no touch or handshake, seating safety distance rule, sneeze and cough procedures and facilitator spray and hand cleaning protocols, paper handling)
