Participants will obtain knowledge, skills and tools for conducting the following processes to improve the quality and relevance of training and skills development processes;
• Planning relevant learning programmes to address identified learning and other development needs
• Compiling the annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR)
• Interacting with SETA to obtain grants from the skills levy
• Improving the return on investment in training
• Evaluating the impact of training
• Conducting a Training Needs Analysis
• Conducting a Job and Skills Audit
• Making a success of learnerships

Please note that the workshop fees do not include the travelling and accommodation expenses.
